Project Location:
Kansas City, MO
Completion Date:
2006
Project Description:
Designed by local Architect David Runnells in 1949 and built by KC's predominate post war modern home builder Don Drummond. Jerad Foster purchased this home in January 2006 and renovated it over the next 10 months, ultimately it became "Studio Build." The exposed post and beam construction coupled with an abundance of windows make this 1,100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home feel larger than it looks. It's fitted with Baltic Birch Paneling, custom walnut cabinetry, and custom built-in wardrobes. An expansive outdoor patio and in ground pool also make the home great for entertaining.
