Jerad is a third generation carpenter. He is the liaison between the design & build sides of our work. He walks the fine line between bringing projects in on budget while maintaining the design intent. He spends part of his day working at Studio Build as a designer; the other part of the day is spent on job sites working for Foster's Inc. as the General Contractor for our work.
Jerad's interest in Modern Architecture and furniture from the 1950's & 1960's has led to an extensive designer furniture collection. He serves on the board at KC Modern and enjoys researching and documenting Kansas City's Modern Architecture. He's currently living in his second Drummond remodel that his wife Jessica, son Lincoln, daughter Nora and he call home.
