Project Location:
Kansas City, MO
Completion Date:
November 2011
Project Description:
Tucked in the heart of Kansas City's midtown district, this residence had a complete makeover due to fire damage. Since the existing foundation was preserved, an open floor plan was desired to maximize the usable area. The exterior utilizes low maintenance materials such as James Hardie siding, corrugated steel panels and a Cumeru accent wall while the all white interior provides a nice canvas for the modern furniture.
