The 1127 Residence is nearly complete, just in time for Spring. The warmer temperatures melted the snow enough that we could install the custom steel exterior staircase and cable railings this week. Some of the interior finishes (tile back splash & casework) will be installed soon and we will share some interior shots as soon as the homeowners get some furniture moved in.
