Here's a look at the newest Studio Build residential remodel project. With desirable lot conditions, 20' will be added to the length of this Mid-Century Drummond which will almost double the square footage of the home. The existing foundation is concrete block which was commonly used when this home was built. However, concrete block isn't very friendly when you try to dig a new foundation next to it. The initial design introduced a basement under the new construction, turns out the basement got a lot bigger. Check back soon for more updates on this project.
